Shall I visit Netherworld???

Since my Halloween has been cancelled this year, I'm trying to fill my newly empty social calendar with trips to haunts that I've always wanted to check out.
Last weekend I spent some time at Six Flag's FrightFest.  This weekend I'll be going to experience Haunted Overload in New Hampshire.  What do you think of my spending next weekend at Netherworld in Atlanta?

Have you ever been?  Is it worth checking out?

How To Haunt Your House

I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a very grand statement... This is the single greatest book about home haunting I have ever seen. Every project is genius and the photography is gorgeous. And what's even more impressive is the Mitchell's self-published this, so what you're getting was created entirely by them! No publishing powerhouse with an army of editors and designers. Just two people who really know there stuff. (For video tutorials, photo galleries and a free preview of the entire book, click here.)

Electric Chairs

If you're thinking of building an electric chair for your haunt, you might want to check out this site. They have photos of 30 different chairs that are currently (or were previously) used in states across this country. (The image to the left is of the very first electric chair, created in 1890.)

Recent Michael's purchases

Grabbed these three busts and the skull votive candle holder yesterday. I love that the Medusa bust is two-sided. Guess which side will usually be facing out in my house...
